The inflammation of blood vessels can be reduced in the head using Ginger. Mix equal parts of ginger juice and lemon juice and consume it once or twice a day. The other option is to boil ginger powder or raw ginger in water, and inhale the vapor. In this way Ginger gives relief from headache.
The primary component of mint is menthol. It is very effective in giving relief from headache. Prepare mint juice from a handful of mint leaves and apply it on forehead to treat headache. The coriander juice is also effective in treating headaches.
If the headache is caused by the tense muscles Basil is more helpful as it acts as a muscle relaxant. For this, Put three or four fresh basil leaves in a cup of boiling water and let it boil for a few minutes and then take that water.
